Musical Director Tracey began her musical career at the age of 6 playing the cornet for Pillowell Silver Band and has played for many other local bands. She began playing the piano at the age of 11 and has gained Grade 8 in both piano and cornet and has gained A-level music. Tracey has taught piano and music theory to children and adults of all ages for many years privately and in local schools. Tracey joined the Choir 14 years ago as Assitant Accompanist, progressed to Principal Accompanist and became the Choir's Musical Director in 2000.

Principle Accompanist Hayley grew up in Parkend and is the youngest daughter of Meryl and the late Stan Teague. At the age of 10 she commenced piano lessons under the expert tuition of Lydney based Christine Kear and thanks to her is now an accomplished musician. Hayley has been the principle accompanist for the Choir since January 2001 and has brought her own inevitable musical style to the position. Other accomplishments include: Deputy and then Principle Accompanist for the Springfield Ladies Choir, Deputy organist at Lydney Baptist Church, part-time exam accompanist for the Lavender School of Dancing and The Elizabeth Corney School of Dancing.

PRESIDENT OF THE CHOIR Dave Gleeson started visiting the Forest in 1984 and became very fond of the area and it's people. In 1985 he and his wife Judy became fans of the Choir, attending concerts and was invited to become the Choir's President. David & Judy Gleeson, at the time lived in Reading, Berkshire running their own Toolmaking & Precision Engineering Company- Duckworth & Kent (Reading) Ltd, and on early retirement in the year 2000 they moved to the Forest of Dean, leaving the business in the capable hands of their two sons, Stuart & Terry Gleeson.
